This week I received an email from Matt.
He writes…

“Hi Clint,
I’ve got a question and your advice would be very much appreciated:
I have been following a three day a week RPT programme for the last 8 months. I’m keen to try something new.
I took your advice in April and followed Martin Berkhan’s programme and saw excellent fat loss and strength gains. I now want to try something new for a few months & Rusty’s Visual Impact programme has always intrigued me.
However, Martin seems to have a massive problem with doing weights AND HIIT on the same day, saying it is counter productive, f*ckarounditis etc.
Now, you say you’ve combined fasting with parts of Rusty’s programme.
How do you do this exactly and have you seen any negative effects?

Why aren’t I seeing visible results with my fat loss?

A recently trending question that many are asking themselves is why they aren’t seeing noticeable results from their fitness and weight loss plans. This question is becoming more and more common in modern day society so consequently, it should addressed more. Two areas to be noted here for physical improvement are muscle development (firming, tightening, toning, growth), and of course weight loss. Laziness, awesomeness and a myriad of equally lame excuses have prevented me from finding something to talk about.

My Design business "Pixel Demon" has just been launched.

I’ve also started my own creative/design business called Pixel Demon which took a lot of spare time to setup.

Other than that…

Four things have happened to me since the start of December last year – and I thought it time to write about how they have affected my muscle retention, fat loss and training in general.

I feel like I harp to much on this subject, but when I get annoyed, I tend to rant.

The inspiration for this post has come from yet another load of bullsh*t to hit the airwaves today. I promise this is the LAST time i’ll bring it up. Let’s put it to rest once and for all.

I can handle a point of view, an opinion and reams of drivel in small doses, but when the comments section of any given post supports the aforementioned meaningless drivel, you realise that “wow, there are still people out there believing this crap!”.
