5 Ways to Smash Through Training Plateaus (by Dave Durell)
Dave tells you how to pile on new muscle and get ‘freaky strong’.
“In the mid 1990′s I became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and began utilizing exercise to help people recover from injuries and debilitating medical conditions. During this time Patty and I formed our personal training company, Sports and Fitness Training Systems LLC. We started out marketing our business to the physical therapists and doctors we worked with on a daily basis, in an effort to get them to refer their former therapy patients to us for personal training. To our surprise (and delight), the medical professionals we were marketing to became interested in signing up for our services themselves!”

Dave is motivational and inspirational in my opinion. He is making High Intensity Training fashionable in the sense that it beginig to have a universial appeal. From the most out of shape person to the elite, Dave has manifested a training system that get results. I believe Author Jones(Founder of Nautilus Fitness) and Mike Mentzer(Founder of High Intensity Training) would have been proud of the direction Dave is taking High Intensity Training.
Just voted for you, Dave. Keep up the great work!!
Go Dave! Go Dave!
My buddy Dave is the man! Some of the best fitness info and specifically High Intensity Training info on the web. One of the smartest minds too. His free report here is spectacular and came along at the same time as his second product, Hyper Intensity Training which I LOVE!
This is GREAT information. If you want to make serious gains, this is a MUST!!
That secret curling technique was popularized by Arnold 40 years ago but with one difference. Using an adjustable dumbbell or a plate mate, he loaded the one side with 2.5 to 5 pounds greater resistance to fully catalyze long head innvervation.
No kiddin…Dave is Real Deal!
