Shocking your guns into action plus other ways to get bigger and more impressive arms

How do I grow bigger, more impressive arms man?
There’s a sh*t-load of people out there chomping at the bit for this kind of information. It’s mainly because these ‘mirror-muscles’ are so sought after on beaches all over the planet.
Luckily for us, building bigger arms is an issue that’s easier to solve than most.

If you asked me how to grow impressive calves, on the other hand – I wouldn’t have a goddam clue.
Best shoot Arnold an email and ask him if he remembers. Unfortunately, he’s more than likely busy out-bench-pressing the residents at the old-folks home.

That’s right ladies… Visual Impact for Women – A Workout for the Slim Feminine Physiquee is finally here!
Basically it’s less than the cost of a personal training session and has a 60 day money back guarantee (if you think it’s absolute sh*te).
The male version was awesome, but the female version is even MORE comprehensive.

My quick write-up on it can be found here, but there’s way more info over at www.visualimpactforwomen.com

The two month intermittent fasting challenge starts NOW – who’s joining me?

With Visual Impact having come to an end, I feel it’s time to trial something else which is a little more diet-related.
I’ll continue to use Visual Impact as a training regimen, whilst manipulating my diet even further with an Intermittent Fasting protocol from leangains.com

What is lean gains?
Lean gains is an intermittent fasting technique introduced and supported by Martin Berkhan over at leangains.com.
His blog is fantastic in the way he continually backs up what he says, has a vast client base to prove it works and constantly answers the 100′s of comments that flood onto the site  daily.

What am I hoping to achieve with intermittent fasting?
My results from Visual Impact were fantastic (make no mistake), but I let myself down in the diet department on one too many occasions.
I was sitting at around 8-9% BF by the end of it, and this time id like to drop a digit or so more but most importantly be able to maintain it!
This is where the genius of intermittent fasting comes in to the equation.

How to get into shape & stay that way in 2011
It’s 11:59 on December 31st and the last thing running through your mind is “…God I can’t wait to get in shape!” – FAIL.
Of course you aren’t thinking about your fitness resolutions going into the New Year; you’re thinking about how much fun your having and how you never want it to end!
But herein lies the flaw; your desire to improve is half-hearted.
Clint’s comment: The other ‘flaw’ is spending New Years Eve with a tranny who offered you 3 magic beans in return for some ‘service’. We’ve all been there. Right guys?

5 key things I’ll be doing to stay ‘ripped’ this holiday season

So right now I kinda have a four-pack (is that even a thing?), and due to my age, genetics and inability to give up the finer things in life, i’ll probably never attain the highly coveted extra couple of packs™—But that’s ok.
In the coming weeks, it’ll all be about MAINTAINING what I’ve achieved, and keeping myself in-check during the holiday period.

Let’s face it, we over-indulge during the holidays
What are you going to do, miss out on all the cakes, pies and countless gallons of egg-nog (my favourite out of ALL the ‘nogs’), whilst you sit there with your family bouncing walnuts off your six-pack?
