Why aren’t I seeing visible results with my fat loss?

A recently trending question that many are asking themselves is why they aren’t seeing noticeable results from their fitness and weight loss plans. This question is becoming more and more common in modern day society so consequently, it should addressed more. Two areas to be noted here for physical improvement are muscle development (firming, tightening, toning, growth), and of course weight loss. Many suspect that doing what they feel is enough, is enough flat out. The reality is much different.

It’s been a long time between drinks hasn’t it?

I haven’t written on here for a long, long time.
Laziness, awesomeness and a myriad of equally lame excuses have prevented me from finding something to talk about.

Another day at the gym with a cheesecake in the oven back at home.

You might’ve already seen over on my facebook page, that I recently made a caramel cheesecake in the name of fitness.
Sure it has a million calories in it, but will that stop me from enjoy a slice of it?
Hell no.
In fact, I’m gonna force my friends and family to eat it with me.

Lost your motivation to exercise?

I kinda got to thinking as I was servicing my teeth in the bathroom last night.
Don’t read into that. It means brushing.

Where was I.

Oh yes, that’s right. I thought to myself:
“How would i motivate myself to train if i suddenly lost all the will to do so?”.

The answer for me (and everybody is different) is to shock myself into action.
